3. Client Responsibilities
- • Provide accurate project requirements and content
- • Give timely feedback and approvals
- • Make payments as agreed
- • Ensure all provided content is legal and copyright safe
4. Payment Terms
- • 50% advance payment is required before project start
- • Remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery
- • Delayed payments may affect timelines
- • Payments are non-refundable after work begins
5. Project Scope & Changes
Any additional requirements outside the agreed project scope may require additional cost and timeline adjustments.
6. Intellectual Property
After complete payment, ownership of the final project is transferred to the client. Delcog Tech reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.
7. Limitation of Liability
Delcog Tech shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages including business loss, revenue loss, or data loss.
8. Termination
Services may be terminated if there is a breach of agreement, delayed payments, or unethical conduct.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai and Thane.
